What Is Sentinel Safenet Superpro Usb Yellow

with criticism around

Most of the feedback is positive and uplifting. But it are also feedback and criticism with such instructions as I have a better worker, wife, mother, friend, blogger, ... would be. And of course there is criticism that I hear do not like or that I find not very nice.

I work with children, adolescents and young adults, and I note again that what feedback is concerned, are very honest and quite clearly address what moves them. A teenager once said to me: "If you want us to work, you always look soooo strictly with a bit of fun we would much prefer to work."
criticism can be very hurtful and discouraging, but I they often experience as honest and helpful. It gives me the opportunity to improve myself.

following points help me criticism (better) to take me and thereby to develop further:

fend Not immediately.
I suppose if I get a response, a short time to relax and reflect. So I can stop to apologize, (offended) withdraw or to argue. transform

negative into positive
I try in all situations which appear negative at first, to see something positive. I manage the Although not always immediately, but when I look back, I see many times that I've learned a lot from unpleasant situations, and these times have brought me much further than the pleasant.
A phase without "real" job has brought me as some experience in, for me, whole new areas of work through which I got later a very good job.
In criticism, I can just proceed: I am looking for the positive in it - pointing out areas for improvement. Also if anyone has had a bad day and the criticism is unreasonable, but a little truth is contained.

A "thank you" to the critics
I do not always succeed, but I try to keep it that way. Although the response was not meant nice and someone is just simply unfair, it helps a "thank you" to defuse the situation - at least sometimes. And finally, the "thank you" for me to get me to remember that criticism can take me further. see

learning
The positive and give thanks for help, yet not enough to change me and to learn.
Sometimes I lie next to it and the criticism is justified. When I look at the positive in the criticism, I can think about what I change in handy can to get better.
I have been a few times afterwards very grateful for criticism, for it has helped me make certain things easier and less cumbersome.
Even at work I try, less dogged and proceed with more humor.

What are your experiences with comments and criticism?
